Accommodation
There are 25 en-suite bedrooms in Orchard House, 2 of which have facilities for learners with disabilities. 11 of these bedrooms are on the ground floor. There are a further 3 twin en-suite bedrooms on the first floor of the Main Hall. 4 standard twin bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the Main Hall. The college has a high standard of catering and special diets can be provided on request.


Access
The College is fully accessible for those who have mobility concerns. There are ramped entrances to the building, automatic doors and lifts to the first floor of the main hall and dining room. Some toilets have been adapted for wheelchair users.
All seminar rooms are equipped with hearing induction loops as is the reception desk. We can also supply "fire alarm pagers" for those who require them.

Leisure
We offer plenty of facilities for you to enjoy in a relaxing and comfortable environment, we are also near to many other venues that supply leisure activities, such as Codsall Leisure Centre.
Table Tennis/Pool Table
Subject to availability, these are situated in the Lecture room.
Lounge
There is a selection of paper-backed books, which may be borrowed. There is also a television available.
Smoking
Please note that the college is a non-smoking establishment. Participants on courses are therefore requested to smoke in the shelter provided.
Library
You are welcome to browse through the library and borrow any book you wish during your stay, but please be sure to sign any book out and in again on its return.
Bar
The college has a residential licence, opening times for the bar vary dependant on the wishes of each course or conference. A drinks cabinet trust system operates in the dining room at lunch and dinner.
Outdoor leisure facilities
There is a nine hole putting green and a volley ball court, or you may prefer to play croquet or bowls.
If you want peace and quiet, there are 10 acres of grounds in which to stroll, including our small conservation area, there is also a small and tranquil pond.
In Codsall Village, just 2 miles away, there is a Sports Centre where you can play squash and badminton, or use the multi-gym. There is a swimming pool, open to the public most evenings.
There is also an 18 hole par 3 golf course with a floodlit driving range directly opposite the college, as well as a paintballing centre.
